How the process works?

• We make returns and exchanges easy. Please note to be eligible for return items must be in brand new condition, unused and unwashed.
• Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 30 days of delivery.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
• International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to info@benitapeka.us to initiate an international return.
