What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your delivery, input your order number to the Order Status Tracker here.
Please note that orders will only be trackable once your shoes have shipped. The Order Status Tracker can also be found in the footer of our home page.

Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed.

What shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order?

We offer 3 different options with USPS for shipments within the US:

USPS Free Standard: 4-9 business days
USPS Standard ($5:) 2-4 business days
USPS Expedited ($12.5): 2 business days

We offer different options with UPS for shipments to Canada and the rest of the world

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday, barring any national holidays.

The email you received with your tracking information is the best source for updates and the timing of your order. We promise it'll be worth the wait!

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If needed, you have 30 days to return or exchange unused, unwashed shoes.
We cannot accept any shoes that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
